How to debug Vehicle Rate response Error
Check the Vehicle Locations, make sure there is location in the system
Check vehicle rates, make sure that there is rate registered in the system
Make sure that API map is entered in the Map Settings
Note: Google Map API Key needs to enable the following API’s to make it work.

- Maps JavaScript API
- Geolocation API
- Geocoding API
