How to translate WPCargo Track & Trace

Set up WordPress in your language

Go to: Dashboard > Settings > General and change the Site language.

Once done the dashboard will be displaying in your own language other wise you need to create your own language file.

 

Translating WPCargo into your language

You can contribute your own language in translate.wordpress.org. Check  the 100% translated language and you can download it and add it in the WPCargo /language folder.

If there is no approved translated in your language you need to create your own  using the POEditor  or using Loco Translate plugin.

Translating WPCargo using POEdit

Using Poedit is much easier interface but it is commercial and you can get it for $29 .

  1. Open your Poedit and click Translate WordPress Theme or Plugin .
  2. Chose the folder you extracted the plugin and chose your language to translate. 
  3. Select text to translate and add your translation in Translation Section 
  4. Save and Compile to MO and save to the /wpcargo/language folder . The  file should be plugin name plus launguage id ex. wpcargo_id_ID.mo 

 

Translating WPCargo using Loco Translate Plugin

Loco Translate is a free plugin that you can install directly in the plugin page in dashboard. You just need to search using Loco Translate , install and translate. Then you can now start to translate the WPCargo plugin.

  1. Go to Loco Traslate in the dashboard sidebar and chose WPCargo
  2. Click New Language. If no  template  available you need to generate template 
  3. Once the template created chose language ad chose location. Please chose the Author unde /wpcargo/language
  4. Select the text to translate
  5. Click save and it auto  compile to MO file

Email Settings

This add-ons will allow the shipper & receiver to  notify when their is update in the shipment.

To get started, go to WPCargo > Email Settings.

WPCargo Message Tags
You can use tag with in the input fields to convert it dynamically.

Example Merge Tags

{wpcargo_tracking_number} = Tracking Number
{shipper_email} = Shipper Email
{receiver_email} = Receiver Email
{shipper_phone} = Shipper Phone
{receiver_phone} = Receiver Phone
{admin_email} = Admin Email
{shipper_name} = Name of the Shipper
{receiver_name} = Name of the Receiver
{status} = Shipment Status
{site_name} = Website Name
{site_url} = Website URL

Activate Email?
Enable or disable email notification to shipper or receiver everytime the shipment updated.

Headers
Add your domain email where the email came from. Ex. info@domain.com , where domain.com is where your domain name otherwise it will rejected and sometimes it will send to spam.

For Example your domain is wpcargo.com you can use WPCargo <do-not-reply@wpcargo.com>

Mail To
Receiver of the notification. Ex: {shipper_email}, {receiver_email}

Subject
Subject of the notification. Ex: WPCargo  Delivery  –  Your shipment is now in {status}

Message Content
Customized your own message for the client on email.

Footer

You can customized your own footer on email.

WPCargo Proof of Delivery Add-on

  • Login to your wordpress site and go to admin dashboard.
  • Go to Dashboard > Shipment > Add Shipment.

  • To add another users for drivers go to Dashboard > Users > Add New.

  • Click the “Add New” button at the top of the page besides User’s Text.
  • Fill up all form fields, if you’re done filling up click the “Add New User” button.

 

  • You can select your assign driver vehicle.

 

Driver Accounts

  • The driver will Logged in his Drivers Account.
  • Then, the driver sign his username and password.

  • The driver will click the “Sign” button.

  • after the driver click the sign button, the driver can see the Tracking #, the Shipper and receiver.

  • The driver sign here.

  • The driver can save / clear his signature.

  • The driver can add image, just click the “Add images” button.

  • The driver fill up form fields, and then click the “Delivered” button , if the driver want to cancel the deliver, click the “Cancelled” button.

  • You can view your user’s history, Go to > Users > all users
