REQUIREMENTS:

This add-on requires the following plugins:

1. WPCargo Track and Trace
2. WPTaskforce License Helper – comes with any products purchased
3. WPCargo Custom Field Add-ons
4. WPCargo Frontend Manager
5. Woocommerce – only if Woocommerce integration is enabled.

Install and activate required plugins.

1. Setup WPCargo Track and Trace plugin.
2. Install and activate WPTaskforce License Helper.
3. Setup WPCargo Custom Field Add-ons.
4. Setup WPCargo Frontend Manager
5. Install and activate Woocommerce

Install included plugins:

Install and activate WPCargo Parcel Quotation.

1. Check the order confirmation email with the list of products purchased and download the WPCargo Parcel Quotation.
2. Login to your wp-admin.
3. Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add New > Upload.
4. Select the downloaded plugin.
5. Install the plugin.
6. Activate the plugin.

Activate WPCargo Parcel Quotation license key.

1. To acquire your license key, please refer to the mode of payment you have used when product was purchased.
   • Purchased through PayPal – an email will be sent to the email you have provided on the order details including the license key of the product.
   • Purchased through Western Union – email the MTCN to info@wpcargo.com. When payment is received, an email will be sent with the order details including the license key of the product.
2. Copy WPCargo Parcel Quotation’s license key.
3. Go to Dashboard > WPCargo > WPTaskforce License Helper.
4. Paste license key to WPCargo Parcel Quotation field and click the Activate button.

SET-UP

How to configure WPCargo Parcel Quotation Package Settings

Go to Dashboard > WPCargo > Package Settings

1. Enable Woocommerce integration – if checked, this will allow the client to pay the shipment approve after quotation has been sent. A check “✔” will appear on the list of current orders and redirects to checkout with the details of additional payment.
2. Dimension Divisor – this value will be used as divisor in getting Volumetric Weight.
3. Currency – currency that will be used for payment details.
4. Use abbreviation instead of symbol for currency – if checked, currency code will be used instead of currency symbol.
5. Number of decimals – number of decimals points to be displayed on the prices.
6. View Shipment Page – this is where the shortcode [wpc-pq-view] is addded. By default, the page is already set to “View Quotation” page.
7. Create Order Page – this is where the shortcode [wpc-pq dashboardpageid=”dashboard-id”] is added. By default, the page is set to “Add Quotation”.
8. Shipment Status to be display in the Dashboard Order History Tab – check status that will be displayed in the Order History Tab.
