Advance Email Addon allows users to modify email notifications content for every shipment status. Here’s how you set this up:

• – Make sure that you have enabled the notification by checking the “Activate Waiting for Approval Status Email Notification? checkbox.
• – Put the appropriate meta tags on the “Mail to” field. This will be the recipients of the notification.
• – Add the subject and content of the notification.
  

Testing:

• – Go to your dashboard and select a shipment you want to update.
• – Make sure that the status you select has been enabled from the backend.
• – After updating the shipment, check your email.
  
  

Debugging:

If emails are not sent, here are the steps on how to debug the Addon:

• – On you admin panel, check if your domain email matches with your administrator email. Best way is to leave the domain email blank as it will just get administrator email by default.
• – Make sure that your “Mail to” field values are separated by commas for multiple recipients. Furthermore, check if the meta tags entered are correct.
