Upon plugin activation, WPCargo Distant Rate adds a default page Distance Rate for frontend dashboard that displays the distance rate form. If you want to use the distance rate form for public page, the plugin has an available shortcode [wpcdistance_single] to display distance rate form.

• Create or  go to the public page(Default Template) you want the form to be displayed.

• Copy and paste the shortcode to the section you want the form to be displayed.
